This one-day workshop is for any practitioners with a movement element to their work, or those interested in learning more about eating disorders and how movement plays a part in prevention / recovery / healing.

Real Talk for Mental Wellbeing: an Eating Disorders Awareness Week Special
Join us for an evening of storytelling centred around lived experiences. You will hear real stories crafted by real people who will share their respective experiences of living with eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to be part of discussion around the issue and informal Q&As with the speakers. We aim to cultivate connection and compassion through conversation about mental health and disordered eating. Together we can reduce stigma and embrace the complexity of being human.
